Overview

MSI (Shanghai) collaborated with China Academy of Railway Sciences (与铁科院（北京）工程) and won the contract to provide consultancy service to Nanjing Metro on Integrated Testing & Commissioning (ITC) till the commencement of the revenue service. MSI (Shanghai) supported the client by providing a team of expertise to provide technical support and guidance in Integrated Testing & Commissioning work activities, management plans and organisation structure and conducting relevant training for participants.

Services rendered in this project

To provide technical support and guidance in the following tasks:

• Establish the respective ITC committees and organisation structure
• Propose ITC work activities and document management plan
• Establish the ITC management plans on workflow, scope, trial running proposals and technical standards
• Establish trial running and emergency exercises procedures and assist in conducting these activities
• Provide relevant training for staff (Client) participating in the ITC
