Statement of Integrity

Integrity is one of the core values of MSI Global Private Limited, being a wholly owned subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (“LTA”) and is the foundation upon which our mission is built. We aim to command a high level of trust and uphold the public’s confidence in us.

Our Commitment

In line with LTA’s commitment, we adopt a zero tolerance towards fraud. We are committed to:

• investigating complaints of alleged fraud in a fair and objective manner;
• ensuring that effective fraud prevention is an integral part of all our activities; and
• adhering to high standards of propriety and ensuring that our conduct is above reproach at all times

Our Role

We will strictly maintain the highest standards of fairness, openness, transparency and accountability in our conduct, and will require all officers and employees to do the same.

We expect all officers and employees to stay alert, recognise risks and exposures inherent in their areas of responsibility, be aware of the indicators of fraud and report such concerns.
