In 2019, MSI (Shanghai) Engineering Consultancy Private Limited was commissioned to provide consultancy services for Xiamen Line 4 driverless systems. Drawing from LTA’s strong contract and tendering background, the team provided advisory services during the Xiamen customer’s contract negotiation with tenderers. Systems specialists are deployed to review the OMPD and DCPS for the 5-core systems including RS, Signalling, PSD, ISCS and COMMS, to ensure the specifications achieve the GOA4 requirements.
