To support the implementation of the Level 4 integrated fare system, equipment at Metro and Tram stations are upgraded to ensure seamless interoperability across all transport modes. The enhanced infrastructure will enable passengers to conveniently use EMV cards for open payment. Additionally, the upgraded system will support new fare media, including Sila cards and Smart Tickets, which will be valid across other transport services such as buses and taxis.
